Get a portabella mushroom cap (not too big) and marinate it in teriyaki sauce for a couple of hours. Then throw it on the barbie (BBQ) and grill for about 5 minutes. Flip it to the other side and add some thinly sliced gouda cheese. Grill for about 5 more minutes (you want it to be soft-ish). Put it on your favorite bun, and add your favorite condiments. I used lettuce, tomato, and a little 'Ultimate Dipping Sauce' (equal parts mayonnaise & BBQ sauce mixed together). It was very good, but a little on the messy side. Have a huge stack of napkins standing by. ;-)
